@chantz_y Just saw a movie where there were a few smokers in a lecture hall. All I could think during the entire scene was that ‘this is how I picture covid now.’ It’s a very graphic illustration. I wish everyone thought of it this way!

I'm old enough to remember when public health orgs thought it was a smart idea to have "smoking" & "non smoking" sections in restaurants despite the fact that smoke TRAVELS through the air. It would be comical if not so sad... 🫠

Can we just recognize that 100-day campaigns are what we should always have? Could get rid of that insidious money in politics and the American people wouldn’t have to suffer through year-long campaign commercials. And elected officials could spend more time doing their real jobs

@estherjmoon The level of disconnect & unconcern is alarming. Some in our company got invited to a lunch conference on workplace inclusion...with zero COVID guidelines. If inclusion doesn't apply to those with health concerns, and public health workers are mask-apathetic, the future is grim.

Don’t be nice to the oppressed. Help destroy the systems that cause their oppression. Don’t be kind to the marginalized. Actively speak against their marginalization. Ocasional niceness and performative kindness changes nothing.
