It’s safe to say Americans are taking their IDs out regularly and having a pretty easy go of it. Yet when it comes to voting, Democrats talk like requiring a photo ID is some insurmountable burden. If that were true, why would Democrats be requiring a photo ID for their voters to get into their campaign events?

Today, we unveiled our completed Critical Test Reactor facility. We will be turning this reactor on (a “zero power criticality”) well before July 4th! This is a commercial-scale system with enough fuel to produce 10 MW of electricity, and will someday soon power a co-located data center from one of our partners. Here’s what people saw today at our ribbon cutting: ✅ Reactor vessel ✅ Graphite as moderator ✅ Instrumentation and control ✅ Concrete shielding ✅ Building with crane ✅ Control room All designed and built by Aalo. And the nuclear fuel will be arriving any day now. One last step remains: the final DOE approval to turn the reactor on, which we expect to receive soon. DOE has been an incredible partner in this 2.5 year journey, working hard to support a number of companies pushing to advance US nuclear energy. Congratulations to @federalreserve, @USOCC, and @FDICgov, on today’s Basel Capital Proposal. Today’s outdated capital requirements are needlessly complex and misaligned with their actual objective. Rather than solving for safety and soundness, they are pushing lending out of the regulated banking system while simultaneously impeding economic growth. The last Administration aimed to hijack the Basel modernization effort to reverse-engineer ever-higher capital requirements without rhyme or reason. Under President Trump’s leadership, we have taken a principled and calibrated approach that simplifies capital requirements and fosters a level playing field for banks of all sizes. If finalized, this proposal would advance those goals, fostering economic growth through our regulatory regime. Today is an important step in the regulatory reset our Administration is working towards, marking meaningful progress toward a financial system that builds Parallel Prosperity for Main Street and Wall Street.

This is exactly the problem. When voter rolls contain millions of outdated or ineligible registrations—including non-citizens—it creates serious vulnerabilities in our elections. Ignoring those weaknesses only erodes public trust. Strong voter ID laws, accurate voter rolls, and real accountability are not “controversial.” They are the bare minimum for election integrity. Every legal vote deserves to be protected—and every ineligible vote must be prevented. That’s how you safeguard our constitutional republic.
