This is insane to watch, because you realise just how much we live in a completely different world now.
This is what people mean when they say everything just felt “better.” Fun was everywhere. This would never get made now.

DM request from a 'worried Rangers fan':
"fewest losses by a club that did not go on to win the title?"
38 game season unless stated

Scotland’s Coefficient@scotlandscoeff1
If Celtic win the title, they will do so with most defeats by any top-flight champion in a ≤ 38 match season since Celtic in 1978/79 (9 losses). Rangers lost 8 in both 1993/94 (44 match season) & 1934/35. No other top-flight Scottish Champion has ever lost more than 7 games.

Findlay Curtis' loan move at Kilmarnock has had the desired impact - with the added benefit of a Scotland call-up.
The move to Ayrshire had been agreed upon some time before deadline day, around mid-January, but was not signed and sealed until Curtis returned from Portugal after playing against Porto. Rangers were in the middle of a congested fixture schedule and Curtis also featured against Annan, Ludogorets and Dundee.
Kilmarnock were Curtis’ pick and the club were happy to oblige and support him in that regard as he was reunited with McCann, a mentor that he worked with on an individual basis during his months back at Ibrox last term. Indeed, it was McCann who broke the news to him that he had been included in the national squad, albeit at the second time of asking, after Curtis missed the first call from his gaffer.

That’s twice in a row they’ve snuck lethal weapons into Tannadice and threatened the board. What’s being done about this?

Tributes have been paid to an "incredible" Govan-born man who commentated for blind supporters at Rangers' home and away games including European nights for over 40 years 💙
Stevie (Stephen) Valle passed away peacefully with his son, Stephen Jnr, and daughter, Shelley, by his side on March 18. It came after a "tough few years" for the 83-year-old who suffered from dementia and pancreatic cancer.
Stephen Jnr said: "My dad was always smiling, even through the tough times. He had the heart of a pride of lions. I'll be forever proud of him."
Messages of love and support poured in for the Valle family following the news of Stevie's death. Their dad has been remembered as an "absolute gentleman", "legend", and a "kind soul" ✨

Dead Man’s Shoes (2004) is a revenge film with the air stripped out of it. Shane Meadows shoots it like a wound that never closes, and Paddy Considine gives one of the most devastating performances in British cinema.

I don’t agree with him a lot, but @EwenDCameron is spot on here. Willie Collum as Head of Referees can’t continue - any other line of work he’d of been sacked.
The referees aren’t good enough. There are inconsistencies every single week with offsides, handballs, penalties… it’s a shambles.
This isn’t even a Rangers / Celtic issue for me, it’s Scottish football in general. Week after week the same bizarre decisions and mistakes, with the same cast of referees then rolled out the week after.
