@QIs4Quantum @dbl0decoy @Acyn It starts at district court. If appellate court upholds the district court, then it can be appealed to SCOTUS. If SCOTUS grants certiorari, they’ll hear the case. If denied certiorari, the appellate court ruling stands. That’s how it works.
