Word can work but only when I get to a desktop computer. HTML is the most accessible for me as font sizes and colours can easily be changed to bigger sizes with better colours. @jqfonseca When you mean inclusive - are you including people with disabilities for example? It’s relatively easy applying these tips in a general sense, however - when it comes to an open discussion, or questions and answers, or break times - that is when good chairing shines, or fails.

Can anyone point me to good resources on how to be a good, fair and inclusive chair at a conference/workshop/research meeting?
