@VeriitasGames I’m sure he missed it while he was actually working in the office, unlike the ghost that was there last term. So happy he took out the trash and packed them to El Salvador. EL Salvador has him labeled as a terrorist. Enough said, return to sender.

@AmericanAir After flying service dogs for close to ten years now. This is the first time I have seen someone removed from the flight because they were upset by the dog being next to them. The guy was extremely rude to the flight attendant. American delayed the flight just to get him off and handled it quickly and still got us to our destination pretty much on time. The flight attendant checked on me and my dog multiple times and the Captian had a flight attendant check on me again during flight. Morale of the story…. Be nice to your flight attendants. They can kick you off for being a jerk.

Tariffs aren't a political game. They have real consequences. - Families could pay up to $2,000 in additional costs. - Grocery prices could rise by $185/year. - Gas could rise by 20 to 30 cents. - Computers, phones, and TVs could rise by nearly 10%. - Car prices could rise up to $2,900. States that voted for Trump will carry the burden. - Texas: $47 billion dollar impact for businesses - Michigan: $27.8 billion impact - Arizona: $4 billion impact American families are going to be deeply impacted.

Though an advance team of two Chiefs from SEAL Team ONE had quietly deployed in January, March 10, 1962, marks the day the first detachment of U.S. Navy SEALs landed in Vietnam. The last SEALs would depart Vietnam in March 1973.

Note: I typically confirm dates and events through multiple sources but this March 10 date is “single source” intelligence so I have not confirmed its veracity the way I would like.

It was stories of these “Men with Green Faces” that I would grow up reading about, studying and striving to honor through the path I was already traveling. Vietnam was a watershed moment in Special Operations history. Though SEALs would see combat in Grenada, Panama, Desert Storm and Mogadishu, we would not see sustained combat operations from the end of Vietnam until after the attacks of September 11, 2001.

I consider myself extremely fortunate to have had books, magazines and videos on SEALs to read and watch during my formative years. I studied everything I could find on special operations, warfare, terrorism, insurgencies and counterinsurgencies and still have most of, if not all of, those works on my shelves. That study during a time when newspapers, the evening news, and magazines like Time and Newsweek covered the 1979 Iranian Revolution and hostage crisis, the Marine barracks bombing in Beirut, the hijacking of TWA Flight 847, the Achille Lauro hijacking, and the Pan Am 107 bombing over Lockerbie, Scotland, among others, left an indelible mark.

The iconic photo above is of Tom Keith, SEAL Team TWO, in Vietnam. Who can tell me what weapon he is carrying?

For more on the history of the SEAL Teams, I highly encourage a visit to the @NavySEALMuseum in Fort Pierce, Florida. Fair warning, you will want to spend more than a day.

Biden had 4 years to bring the Abby Gate bomber to justice. Trump did it….. Everyone cheered for Obama brining Bin Laden to justice, let’s just forget politics for a moment and just rejoice that justice is going to be served. Nothing will bring back our heroes. But justice will be served.

I'd be proud as fuck if I was a Canadian today. Everything about this is what we need from US leadership, but it's everything we're lacking. Patriotism, pride, unity, respect, empathy, diplomacy, stoicism, clarity... All we get is ego, hate, division, confusion, narcissism & lies.
Acyn@Acyn

Trudeau: We’re probably going to keep booing the American anthem. But let me tell Americans, we're not booing you. We're not booing your teams. We're not booing your players. We're booing a policy that is designed to hurt us. And we're insulted. And we're angry. But we're Canadian. Which means we're going to stand up for each other. We're going to fight. And we're going to win.

Gee, thanks Stephen. Here’s a civics lesson for you. 10 U.S.C. § 152 lays out the qualifications for Chairman of the Joint Chiefs. These guidelines ensure the most experienced, capable officers (like General Brown) are protecting our national security and our country. Ignoring the guidelines and firing JAGs suggests the administration is attempting to build a military of loyalists focused less on our safety and more on loyalty to MAGA and Trump. I know you haven’t served and your experience is mainly in speechwriting, so hopefully this is helpful.
Stephen Miller@StephenM

Quick civics lesson: a core principle of American democracy is civilian control of the military.

There’s a big difference between saying the N-word and calling someone the N-word. Should every rapper be punched in the face? Should Quentin Tarantino be punched in the face for every movie he’s made or for every time the word has been said in his films? Banning speech, never gets rid of hate, but it always leads to tyranny.

@FightC1ty I despise the N-word, it should be under the umbrella of hate speech, but it’s not illegal (yet) and assaulting someone for saying it, is. You may be in the moral right but be ready to get arrested!
