This is unacceptable, and a dangerous precedent. The IDF justifies the killing of Al Manar journalist Ali Shaib by claiming he was part of Hezbollah’s Radwan forces. I saw Ali several times while reporting in the south. He carried no weapon, apart from a microphone, which seems to be the problem for the IDF. Among the “crimes” he apparently committed was to report on IDF advances in Lebanon. #journalismisnotacrime

#عاجل 🔻🔸جيش الدفاع قضى على المدعو علي شعيب الذي عمل إرهابيًا في قوة الرضوان التابعة لحزب الله وتحرك لسنوات متخفّيًا بصفة صحفي 🔸هاجم جيش الدفاع قبل قليل في جنوب لبنان وقضى على الإرهابي المدعو علي حسن شعيب وهو عنصر في وحدة الاستخبارات التابعة لوحدة قوة الرضوان في حزب الله الإرهابي. 🔸عمل الإرهابي علي حسن شعيب في صفوف حزب الله الإرهابي متخفّيًا بصفة صحفي في شبكة المنار حيث دأب بشكل منهجي على كشف مواقع قوات جيش الدفاع العاملة في جنوب لبنان وعلى خط الحدود وكان على تواصل مستمر مع عناصر إرهابية أخرى في وحدة قوة الرضوان على وجه الخصوص وفي حزب الله عمومًا. 🔸إضافة إلى ذلك عمل الإرهابي علي شعيب على التحريض ضد قوات جيش الدفاع ومواطني دولة إسرائيل مستخدمًا منصته كوسيلة لنشر مواد دعائية لحزب الله. 🔸وخلال عملية زئير الأسد أيضًا واصل نشاطه وقام بالإبلاغ عن مواقع قوات جيش الدفاع العاملة في جنوب لبنان. 🔸سيواصل جيش الدفاع العمل بقوة ضد حزب الله الإرهابي الذي قرر الانضمام إلى المعركة والعمل برعاية النظام الإيراني ولن يسمح بالمساس بمواطني دولة إسرائيل.

I can't wrap my mind around how Fatima was posting just hours ago before she was killed with Ali and her brother. She already lost so many family members because of Israel's systematic targeting of journalists. Our people deserve to live. She deserved to go home today. She deserved to take a break from all of this. It's absolutely heartbreaking, and it should break you to. May they all reach the highest ranks of jannah and may we never forget them or forgive their killers.

They have every reason to restrict filming. This is their neighbourhood, under constant attack, & it follows previous incidents involving alleged espionage. If you’re concerned about access, there are plenty of other areas in Lebanon you’re free to report from. And perhaps direct the same concern toward the blackout imposed inside Israel. Your complaint raises more questions than it answers.

Hezbollah has announced that no filming in Beirut's heavily hit southern suburbs is allowed "under any circumstances". One local told me he feels this is a shame because there should be broader awareness about the devastation Israeli strikes are causing there.

El jueves, Trump anunció que extendía el plazo del ultimátum hasta el 6 de abril, tras haber establecido antes para el 27 de marzo y, con anterioridad, para el 23 de marzo. Asimismo, Trump dijo que Irán le había ofrecido autorizar el paso de "ocho grandes barcos con petróleo" por el estrecho de Ormuz como un gesto de buena voluntad, y posteriormente el mandatario estadounidense rectificó la cifra y dijo que en realidad se trataba de diez barcos. Trump hizo estas afirmaciones a pesar de que Irán ha negado en repetidas ocasiones cualquier negociación directa con Estados Unidos. "Ellos dirán: 'No estamos negociando. No negociaremos'. Por supuesto que están negociando. Han sido aniquilados. ¿Quién no negociaría [en esa situación]? Están rogando por un acuerdo. Veremos si podemos llegar a un acuerdo adecuado", afirmó el presidente Trump.
