@dirteater82 @kinocopter True, but also HCB never tweeted about it. Which is very strange, as it was a competition with a 500 dollar prize? Wouldn't you want to promote that to the fans, right? like "look at the cool stuff in the Discord, join the quartering website now!" but nope, nothing.

HCB claims she will make a Discord account to host a gingerbread competition on 12/10/24. I can not find evidence that this competition ever happened or that she ever made a Discord. Last mention of it was 01/07/2025. Has anyone seen HCB on Discord or these gingerbread houses?

@dirteater82 Personally, I much prefer the humidity over snow in ice and freezing temperatures. I’ll even take a moderate hurricane once a year I grew up in the state of Maine. It’s horrible. I begged my parents to let us just live in the Florida house but no.

My favorite part about Florida Summers is post hurricane fence repair.

@dirteater82 Me too we have this grassy kind of area next to the subdivision or after it rains it gets nice and wet and muddy. I like to take the jeep out get it wet and muddy. Have a good old Florida time.
