⚡ Brugada syndrome is not just a sodium channel disease. For years, we simplified Brugada as: 👉 SCN5A 👉 sodium current 👉 channelopathy But here’s the problem: 👉 This explains only 20–30% of patients 🧠 So what about the rest?
