@FirstBSA x4 nightmares again. 7.25 Pill bus no show, 7.43 sailed past saying it's full (has spare seats at back & space for standing). Been waiting nearly an hour. No updates. How can we encourage sustainable transport with this shocking service? @WESTACT_ @WestofEnglandCA
