@Ajain112 i don’t know if bid caps are the same as cost caps but RTO% rose from 5 to 10%, not sure if it is scale or audience quality because we also scaled 3x

honest question when running bid cap campaigns, r u looking at rto% spiking? if yes how much? My prepaid ratio has not changed after shifting a lot of spend to bidcap.

Just left the Evolve mastermind in Marrakech, and I have to say what @spencepawliw @shauneng have built is f*cking incredible! Average age in the room was early 20s. I met a 18 year old doing a couple 100K a month These kids are printing money. Running 8-9 figure brands, cracked at creative, masters of direct response Probably some of the most dialled in marketers in the world right now. Would genuinely not be surprised if a few billionaires come out of this community a couple years down the line. We sponsored the event through @AfterSell, and our agency partner @EcomNizar gave away a Rolex on stage. Yes, an actual Rolex. The energy was insane lol. Best part was meeting so many of our merchants IRL for the first time. You learn so much more about your customers in person. We got tons of love for the product and tons of constructive feedback 🙏 If this is what Evolve looks like now, I can’t imagine what it’ll look like in a few years. Bet on this community early!

same in India, if you look at D2C exits, they are usually 10x of revenue even with single digit ebitda positive numbers. look at minimalist, they exited for $300Mn with less than $30Mn annual revenue. many such examples, its mostly big conglomerates like Unilever trying to stay relevant

Roman Khan - Founder of Peak 21. We acquire brands
I feel like the D2C ecosystems in the US and Europe are operating in completely different universes. Two observations that keep coming up—I’d love to be proven wrong or get more data points from locals in Europe: 1. Non-recurring revenue D2C companies in Europe get sold for roughly 1.5x the multiples of their US counterparts once they pass ~$50M in revenue. Example: A cookware brand doing $75M a year, 10% EBIT, growing 20% p.a. → US: likely 4-5x EBIT → Europe: 8x EBIT feels normal All driven by a European PE market that’s willing to pay significantly more for these assets (for whatever reason, not sure if I know or understand why) 2. There seem to be a lot of 9-figure D2C exits in Europe. I personally know a handful that have sold for 9 figures over the last few years, and I’m not even that well connected in the European D2C community. Europeans are also much less active on X, so the real number is probably higher. Does anyone have solid exit data or a good overview? It really makes me wonder whether I should be taking some of my stronger US assets—especially the ones with >20% of sales already coming from Europe and proven local PMF—and exploring exiting to European PEs. What am I missing? I'd love to here from local founders on the ground who are plugged in.

Does anyone have experience splitting things out on Meta to reach new audiences successfully? Whether it's new ad accounts, pixels, or custom conversions. I would love to talk to people who seen success with this that is proven. I have the theory Meta sucks at reaching new audiences when one environment has a lot of data on one audience but haven't been able to prove it out. DMs very open.

First time hitting ₹90K/day on Amazon (50% organic + ads). Amazon has serious potential if you execute well. What’s working for us: • Listing optimisation includes catalogue and A+ • Keyword depth • Daily ad optimisation Still few improvements pending. But I can confidently say we now have one of the best-optimised Amazon listings in fashion.

Mamun ( Meta Ads Media Buyer)
I get a lot of DMs asking about my new product testing strategy. So here’s a quick story from a baby clothing brand I worked with. We tested a new product with a simple structure: • 1 CBO campaign per product • 10–15 angles • 100+ ads in total • 10–15 ads per ad set For bidding, I use Cost Cap. Then I do something most people struggle with: I leave the campaign untouched for 7 days. The only time I step in is when an ad spends 4x+ CPA with zero sales — then I turn it off. Result from this test 👇 ~$9.5k spend → ~$17.7k revenue 342 purchases. The funny part? With this structure, most products eventually find a winning ad. But only if two things are done right: 1️⃣ Creatives come from real customer research 2️⃣ The product page speaks directly to the customer Do those right, and testing becomes much easier.

Do not do this. You have to have an approved app. You will get banned. Meta is enacting the Manus protection plan ;)
Cas Smith@casglb

🚨 @Meta @finkd JUST PERMANENTLY BANNED MY ACCOUNT. 16+ years on Facebook. Over $1,500,000 spent in ads across my account. And what do I get back? An automated email. "Your review was unsuccessful." Why? Because I connected Claude + MCP to my system to get more out of Meta's platform. TO SPEND MORE TO THEM! That's it. That's the whole reason. No explanation. No human on the line. Just some underpaid kid behind a laptop making copy-paste decisions about accounts spending thousands of dollars per day. Meta has completely lost sight of who their customers are. And they simply don't care. It's time for a new platform to rise. The Meta monopoly needs to end. We deserve better. #CancelMeta #FacebookBan #MetaMonopoly #DigitalRights #AntiMeta #BigTechAbuse #MetaFail #ClaudeAI #AIRights #BreakUpMeta
