My boomer parents just sold. My boomer aunt sold hers a few years back. My boomer inlaws sold a house when their parents passed years ago. My boomer cousin's 1x removed sold their home and moved into their parents home when one died and the other needed care. I know many who have sold and bought different smaller houses. My real life experience of boomer is vastly different from ppl on this platform.

Everyone says Boomers won’t sell and inventory will stay tight. But they’re missing the bigger trend. Boomers own ~40% of U.S. homes. Over the next 20 years, millions of those homes will hit the market through: • death • downsizing • assisted living And there are fewer young buyers behind them. Demographics matter.

Lol. Im speaking from an owners/managers pov not a parents. Ive seen the negative effects of making parents feel unwelcomed....fellow small business in my area closed it doors after decades of business over a new no stroller policy. Turns out lots of there ppl were mom strolling the square with their babies stopping for soups and sandwiches. They alienated them and lost. You post it for all to see as a general policy you dont just hand them out and 1 cost more money handing them to everybody no owner does that...or single out your patrons with kids making them feel unwelcome right off. Just saying. Weve had to reign in kids at our establishment but we love to compliment the good kids and make the parents swell with pride. Brings the good ones back everytime. The bad ones dont come back problem solved....you loose less revenue that way.

The key is 'smoked' Smoking THC is quickly biotransformed to Carboxy THC which acts like a pesticide. Smoking is not medicinal... It's recreational. Edibilzing clean and balanced THC causes the Liver to biotransform THC to 11 Hydroxy THC which activates CB1 receptors and acts like Anandamide or the Bliss Molecule for 8 to 12 hours. This is medicinal. This then activates autophagocytosis in preparation for stem cell development and cellular renewal. Methods matter. Did they use clean cannabis? What amount of THC was inhaled daily? Was the flower balanced with other cannabinoids? Studies like this were funded by whom? These are questions that must be asked.🤙🏽

The research behind this is wild. Your sperm carries a set of instructions that tell your genes when to turn on and off. A Duke University study found that THC rewrites those instructions. The more weed in your system, the bigger the changes. It goes straight for the genes your future embryo needs in its first week of life. I had to read the "day 3 crash" part twice. For the first three days after fertilization, an embryo runs entirely on the mother's DNA. Day 3, the father's genes switch on. If those genes carry cannabis damage, the embryo just stops growing. Fertility doctors see this happen in their labs: embryos that fertilized fine and looked healthy on day 2 go completely still by day 5. Boston University tracked 1,535 couples trying to have a baby. Men who smoked weed once a week or more doubled their partner's miscarriage risk. That number held up even when the woman herself never touched cannabis. And the miscarriages clustered in the first 8 weeks, right when the father's damaged DNA would be doing the most harm. Duke also found that the specific genes THC alters in sperm overlap with genes linked to autism. One of those genes, called DLGAP2, helps brain cells communicate with each other. It was changed in cannabis users' sperm. When researchers bred THC-exposed male rats and checked their offspring, the same altered gene pattern showed up in the pups' brains. The damage crossed a generation. Weed has gotten way stronger over the last 30 years. THC content was about 4% in the 1990s but nearly quadrupled to 15% by 2018, and modern dispensary strains regularly sit at 20-30%. Concentrates go up to 95%. Quitting for about 11 weeks (one full cycle of sperm production) reverses some of the DNA changes. Not all of them. Duke's lead researcher says men should stop at least 6 months before trying for a baby. Half of your kid's genetic blueprint comes from you, and right now, THC is editing that blueprint before conception even happens.

Its implied because Why are you wasting the paper to hand it out to groups with obviously no kids? This thinking follows with somebody who isnt familiar with cost of runninga business. . i know because im a business owner and we would NOT waste money. Especially during a profit squeeze while ppl are cutting corners to save a buck....almost makes me think this isnt even real.

It should just he posted on doors tables or menus for everybody to see the policy. Singling out the parents as they walk in the door to pay you money will likely have a problem....EVEN IF THEY HAVE BEHAVED KIDS....posting it for everybody to see keeps the ppl with the good kids as patrons and the karens with the bad kids out....which is the goal. Dont alienate your family customers especially in the food business.

You couldnt be more wrong.....my children will tell you very differently. They were raised very old school very strictly and with butt woopins, say yes mam amd no sir etc....But think what you will. Post it to a door, a table or a menu...dont target customers when they walk in thr door to make them feel unwelcomed and earn bad reviews...Signed a business owner who thinks this is the wrong way to do it.

I agree. And they dont have too. Most restaurants dont. Kids are assholes. Period. Dont open a family restaurant if you dont want families. They could always post it to the dang table or menu....you never want to make a customer feel unwelcome as soon as they walk in. Its bad for business amd will earn bad reviews that ultimately will hurt. I have also seen resteraunt close in less than a year for coming across as unwelcomelimg to babies.

@MrsSLK1 @wolfbane523 @MbarkCherguia Yes. That is acceptable. There are to many ppl purposefully trying to misunderstand what my point is. Its simply about targeting customers making them feel unwelcome...its rude. You post the notices in the door, tables or menus.....

@Kristin30247520 @ClearThinker66 @MbarkCherguia I whooped my kids butts growing up...im not the problem. Im looking at this as a business owners (because i am) pov. Its bad for business. All customers should feel welcomed and not targeted. Post the notice on the door or on each table. Problem solved.

@dont_be_common @wolfbane523 @MbarkCherguia If they hand it out to everyone at the door, nobody can claim they didn't see it. I would only have a problem if they handed it out to some customers and not others.
