'Anti-woke' comics will constantly cry about 'clapter' but if you watch the Hinchcliffe special it's literally a room of morons clapping along as he stumbles through hack, racist jokes and shitty crowd work.
There are literal silences where the show just flops or punchlines don't land and his crowd doesn't know what to do so they start spontaneously clapping and cheering to convince themselves they haven't been scammed into watching a terrible comic.
