@ScotlandSky You just come across as thick when you put it as simple as its 3 trophies in 11 years. Of said 11 years how many years was he playing for a rangers team that was competing for these trophies. Its a non starter for me he's a future hall of fame player no doubt about it for me.

Bojan Miovski goal to put game out of sight blatant handball. Uses his arm - ball scuffs his shirt, moves his bicep down, & throws arm back. How's VAR not intervening? Ridiculous. Camera angles for Chukwuani 'goal' laughable - ball looked mile out & Sky cover-up

This is what we will see every game from now on rangers have been putting on the pressure 24/7 with refs and are the only team in the league benefiting from decisions

Bayern Munich have broken the Bundesliga goals record as they got to 105 goals for the season. There are still 5 games to go and that means at their current scoring rate, they can reach over 120 league goals this season. For comparison, La Liga’s goals record by a single team is held by Real Madrid who scored 121 goals in the 2011/12 season under Jose Mourinho. Manchester City hold the Premier League goals record — 106 in the 2017/18 season. Torino hold the record in the Serie A. They scored 125 goals in the 1947/48 season in a 21-team league and 40-game campaign. In a 20-team league, Atalanta hold that record for their 98 goals in 2019/20 season. They finished third that season. These are fantastic numbers. And the top scorers often end up becoming the winner. For deeper context to how varied football can be, there have been times low scoring teams end up becoming champions. Valencia in 2001/02 under Rafael Benitez scored 51 goals in 38 games to emerge La Liga champions. AC Milan under Fabio Capello in 1993/94 season scored 36 goals in 34 games. Thirty-six in thirty-four. Leicester City’s 68-goal season in 2015/16 and Man United 68 goals in 2008/09 is the least scored by a Premier League champion in recent memory. If Arsenal emerge champions, it's highly likely they'll do so with one of the lowest goals tally in Premier League history, based on their current scoring rates. Football has such a wide beret.

@ProvoBhoyz Of course thats the take, fuck me its the most blatant red you will see all season but of course its Beaton is a cheat. Missed this red maedas red gave a soft pen and missed chamberlain's other yellow card. So of course the take away from it from celtic fans is Beaton is a cheat.

Should have consistently been this for the last 40 years. Emphasis on great attacking runs off last man, emphasis on defenders (as pairs) covering for one another and will create more positive runs. Converse argument that teams may drop off but let's be honest, the defending at the half way line as an offensive tool is exploitable by counter attacking quickly, so once applied it should add, not take away from the game. Playing on the shoulder as a skillset has been sorely missed.

🚨 𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚: Arsene's Wenger new offside rule has been APPROVED and will be used in the Canadian Premier League! A player will ONLY be offside if he has FULLY passed the last defender, so it won't be decided based on a body part anymore. If succesful, the offside rule could change across the entire world from the 2027/28 season on.

@dunccampbell Its so very VAR up here that we cant get to the correct decision because the ref didnt give it at the time. The entire point of bringing this stuff into football was to get decisions correct. But you cant do that because it wasnt given at the time. Makes no sense at all.

He's spot on. A huge issue that's rarely talked about. There often feels a shock that European referees are stricter and that shouldn't be the case given it's the same rulebook. There's still a culture that gives onus to equalising power of unchecked physicality.
PLZ Soccer@PLZSoccer

‘If you want to lift teams up to compete in Europe and at a higher level then that kind of behaviour needs to be punished.’ Motherwell manager Jens Berthel Askou believes that lenient refereeing in Scotland is preventing teams from developing a better standard of football. A lot of talk about the Rommens cameo the other night, & it was great to see. However, anyone using it to shine any bad light on Jaydon Meghoma is quite simply a prick. 19yrs of age, this kid has been available almost every week & we simply wouldn’t be where we are without him.

Dwight McNeil’s partner has had her say about Crystal Palace after her boyfriends move collapsed yesterday: “Tonight, and the last 48 hours, have broken my heart to see how the football world you love so much can be so cruel to you. To have something promised to you, to have been dragged along on an emotional rollercoaster, and to be toyed with until the final minute. To have 4 and a half years of your life promised to you, traveling, medicals, agreements made... promises made. To have prepared to move your entire life, our life’s 100s of miles away in the space of a few hours. For it to be torn away from you at the last second, with absolutely no explanation. Going from everything - to radio silence, no phone call, no communication and be left, broken hearted with nothing but confusion, has hurt more than I can say. I sit with you, knowing in my heart and deep down into my soul that you will bounce back from this. I am your biggest supporter. I know you will overcome this with a fire in your belly and a motivation that no one can stop. I have already seen it tonight, even whilst you’re facing the lowest point of your career. We live in a world where everyone is aware how big of a problem mental health is, so in football, why do we find it acceptable because these young men are on a lot of money, that it’s okay to mess and toy with their mental health and that’s it just ‘part of the job’! No matter of money, we all deserve to be treated with respect, kindness and fairly. So I really question the industry tonight. I only hope there’s more done in the future to protect people from situations like what I’ve witnessed tonight. Football is brutal and yes, it’s the nature of the beast, but messing with human beings feelings and emotions shouldn’t be acceptable. People only see one side on the media, you don’t see the tears, the emotion and the distress I’ve seen tonight.” This doesn’t look great on Crystal Palace... 🫣

@SkySportsNews I must be watching a different video to these two. He quite clearly kicks his opponents calf before making any contact with the ball. What Is this he's in the motion nonsense as well? So what you cant tackle him? Worrying an ex ref cant see this being a clear and obvious error.
