Elon Musk in 1990. This was his first suit and it costed $99. He couldn't afford a second suit, so he wore the same suit every day to work. Today, he's worth $1.3 trillion. Never give up!

@PeterMcCormack Yes. Reform needs to pick up the phone and make amends. The aren't enough votes for a 3-way split between Reform, Restore and Conservatives

There is actually little difference between Restore and Reform. Reform is more establishment and Restore is more freedom. But the truth is, directionally they are very similar. That said, it’s a mortal war now for Reform as Restore is a threat to their whole plan. They know it, you see it with the direct attacks, despite being very aligned on the big issues. Reform fucked up. They became complacent, they ignored the base, brought in architects of failure, faked claims on Rupert and ignored the online right. Their approach won’t work. That is the crying about it and slamming Restore people won’t work. These people don’t give a shit. Humble might help, but they’re too stupid or stubborn to see this and pick up the phone. You reap what you sow.

@LozzaFox @Telegraph In fairness to Mr Fox, it's not like he took a hard right turn at any point. The majority of the industry jack-knifed left leaving him stranded. I'd bet my bottom dollar many other like-minded celebs felt abandoned but didn't have the financial independence to speak out

It’s not really fair on a distinguished actor such as Kev - who for the record I still love lots - to put up some crappy click bait headline above him promoting his new project @Telegraph I wouldn’t classify myself as a hard/far right political figure either. I’m a bit of a soppy liberal over lots of issues. I am very grateful to Kev - whose politics for the record, I think are plain silly - for complimenting my on my acting skill. Humbled. I miss acting so much. It’s very sad to be discriminated against just because I’m not a lefty. Who cares what someone’s politics are? Are they any good at the job? That’s what should matter. Kevin Whately: I loved acting with Laurence Fox. It’s a great shame his life took over telegraph.co.uk/opera/what-to-…

I’d rather live in a society where everyone has access to healthcare, housing, and food too. The real question is: what system is most effective at producing those outcomes? Blaming a trillionaire for poverty misunderstands the problem. A trillionaire doesn’t create government deficits, waste public funds, mismanage housing policy, inflate the currency, or burden businesses with regulations that suppress growth. Governments do. The entrepreneur who builds a trillion-dollar enterprise is demonstrating how to think, innovate, organize, lead, execute, allocate capital, and create value at an extraordinary scale. In most cases, their wealth is a byproduct of creating products and services that millions or billions of people voluntarily choose to use. History shows that widespread prosperity was not created through wealth redistribution. Since the rise of market capitalism around 1800, global living standards have improved dramatically. Extreme poverty has fallen, life expectancy has doubled, literacy has soared, infant mortality has collapsed, and access to food, medicine, transportation, communication, and technology has become available to ordinary people on a scale previously unimaginable. The existence of a wealthy individual is not why someone else lacks opportunity. Wealth is not a fixed pie. The question is not how to divide wealth more evenly, but how to create more of it. Constantly pointing at successful people as the source of society’s problems encourages a mindset of resentment rather than achievement. A healthier response is to study what creates value, what builds organizations, what solves problems, and what improves lives. Envy has never built a business, created a job, cured a disease, or lifted a family out of poverty. Innovation, productivity, discipline, and leadership have.

I would much rather live in a society where everyone has healthcare, housing, and food than a society where one trillionaire now owns more wealth than half the country.

I’m a huge supporter of Rupert Lowe. But if Labour get in because Restore split the vote, it will be unforgivable. if Burnham doesn’t win, he can’t run for PM. So why in the world would anyone split the vote ??

What has Elon Musk taken from you? So ask many including Andrew Neil. Here's the answer: He has taken our peace of mind. He has purposefully pushed us apart, divided us further and profited from our loss of community. And that is hard to ever forgive.

I don’t get Restore’s agenda at all. Doesn’t make sense. Reform haven’t been in Gov to judge yet. Give them a chance before you give the uni party a free reign to finish off this country. If Reform don’t win the next election there will be no country left to save.
