@DarenCotter @InboxDollars If they do reply, some representatives have given false reasons, such as I did not finish the offer in time (despite the submitted video proof). Their proof was a screenshot of the offer at the time (not the one applicable to my case) and saying I had the wrong number of days.

@DarenCotter @InboxDollars So, when I do email back to follow-up and discover it has been closed, it opens up a new ticket. From there, it has been more avoidance.

@InboxDollars The second time (orange bar), they said it has been escalated, but I received no further updates. So, I followed-up and they send the exact same email, but I received no updates. I recently sent another follow-up email, which seems to have created a new ticket (yellow bar)
