The South African laws are literally super racist, plain and simple.
It’s not complicated: imagine if the law was called “White Empowerment”, instead of “Black Empowerment”! People would have a seizure 😂
South Africa now has more anti-White laws than Apartheid had anti-Black laws. Think about that for a second …
The current South African government has objectively implemented Apartheid 2.0. Shame on them.

🇿🇦 South African President Cyril Ramaphosa says that the country will not abandon its DEI policies, known as “Black Economic Empowerment (BEE).” “Those who say BEE and affirmative action must stop are just dreaming,” he said. South Africa has strict laws that mandate race-based hiring practices. A new law called the Employment Equity Amendment Act sets hiring targets for 2025–2030 across 18 economic sectors. Some workforce targets aim for 90–96% of employees to come from designated groups, which include Black people, women, and people with disabilities (minimum 3%). That means that if a company has more than 5% white men, it could face penalties of up to 10% of its income.

Interestingly we agree here. Dismissing Apartheid as not racist would not only be wrong, it would be stupid. Show me where I said that?

@dr_balbin @elonmusk Furthermore, not acknowledging Apartheid as a "race-based economic policy" is also a "dismissal" of racism. If said policies blocked access for one group while granting access to another, that group and their parents, and grandparents benefited. So, yes. You benefited.

Otworzyli drzwi. A w środku - duża rodzina nielegalnych imigrantów!
Zaskoczeni Hiszpanie zostali natychmiastowo brutalnie pobici przez imigrantów. Imigrantów mało obchodziło, że Hiszpanka była w ciąży.
Hiszpańska policja interweniowała w sprawie pobicia.
Ale policja odmówiła zajęcia się nielegalnym przejęciem domu przez imigrantów.
Hiszpańska para - już nie ma domu.
