@nylanderthews Todd Nelson as coach -- Tons of AHL success, current Pittsburgh assistant coach. Darren Yorke has a lot of time with the Hurricanes as an assistant GM, passed over for Tulsky. President is very hard to pinpoint as a fit but Doug Armstrong is obviously the obvious.

Working on a piece looking at some President, GM, and Head Coach candidates I really like, but I'm curious to hear any names that are of interest to you. Apart from the obvious ones, let me know who stands out and I should consider.

@jtbourne A good question for Berube to answer, right? Why not give any Marlies young player a look as well. Why is this guy still employed if he's already been fired anyway? Nothing makes sense with this team on and off the ice.

Can't make sense of the Leafs dressing Calle Jarnkrok over Michael Pezzetta for Sat night (after some podcast remarks you may or may not care about) vs. rival team with the game outcome irrelevant. Pezzetta is under contract next year, not Jarnkrok. What's the goal tonight?

@Jay_D_Rosehill It all falls on the coach right now. Gameplan sucks, refuses to adjust, incapable of motivating the group, players don't give a fuck. It's not watchable. MLSE being fine with this is absurd. Something has to give.

25 to 4 are the shots?? At what point does this group show an ounce of fucking pride?! It’s always been accountability with them. The only common denominator is the players. They don’t hold themselves to any standard at all.

Anthony Stolarz is in the home net at the Leafs morning skate. Suggests he may return to start tonight against the Golden Knights. Stolarz hasn’t played since Nov. 11.

Do the Leafs circle back on Mangiapane? Hmm. From what I understand, Leafs were there until the end on Bread Eater last July in free agency. Unless it’s an overpay, no one should be helping the Oilers out.

Curious if anyone will ask Berube a real question tonight? - The 0/5 pp on the night, terrible all year - How you only have 22 sog in a game you were losing for 45+ minutes (season trend of not sustaining offense) - Loaded up L1 and they didn't exist - Team played like they quit
