Elisabeth Carson got into the science of exactly how this happens, and more importantly, how to get out of it. She ran through a gunfight and felt nothing. No fear. No panic. Nothing. That's not courage, that's dissociation. When trauma goes unprocessed, your nervous system shuts down so completely you stop feeling the danger. Your brain represses the memories. You're not even fully there anymore. Full episode on YouTube. Link in bio. #trauma #nervoussystem #dissociation #mentalhealth #entrepreneurmindset

Dylan Vanas sat down with Elisabeth Carson and she broke it down in a way most people have never heard before. Your body gets addicted to stress hormones. Not metaphorically. Physically addicted. So you keep recreating the same chaos, the same relationships, the same patterns because familiar feels safe even when it’s destroying you. Full episode on YouTube now. I learned this the hard way. Nobody gets paid for trying. The market doesn't care how many hours you put in. It doesn't care about your process, your intentions, or how hard the week was. At my peakL:~100 employees, $20k/month office, multi-six-figure payroll. I thought scale meant I was winning. Then everything collapsed overnight. Partner gone. Bank accounts looted. $250k in debt. And I realized: the market hadn't been paying me for the machine I built. It had been paying me for the outcomes I produced. So I rebuilt. Stripped it down. Not because I worked harder, because I got clearer on the value I could actually deliver. The effort didn't change that much. The clarity did. Your market doesn't reward hustle. It rewards the gap between where someone is and where you can take them. Figure out what you actually move the needle on. Price that. Sell that. Everything else is noise. What's ONE way you could increase the value of your offer this week? 👇 #ValueCreation #EntrepreneurMindset #BusinessGrowth #DylanVanas #WorkSmarterz

Tired of tweaking your funnel? Read this. Here's what I see all the time. Founders spending MONTHS adjusting their funnel: 1) Split-testing headlines, 2) Adjusting button colors, 3) Obsessing over email sequences. But they ignore the real problem: Nobody actually wants what they're selling. You can't optimize your way out of a bad offer. Here's the truth: A great offer in a mediocre funnel will convert. ✅ A mediocre offer in a great funnel will fail. ❌ Every. Single. Time. Most people have it backwards. They try to "hack" conversions with fancy funnels. While their offer is fundamentally broken. 💔 Here's the fix you need: 1) Does your offer solve an expensive problem? 2) Is the transformation clear and guaranteed? 3) Would YOU pay for it? If you can't confidently say yes to all three... Your funnel isn't the issue. Fix the fundamentals first. Make something people actually need. Then optimize. So here's my question: What's ONE thing you could improve about your offer this week? Tell me in the comments 👇 #ProductMarketing #DylanVanas #BusinessGrowth #OfferOptimization #SalesStrategy

The only advice you need to achieve your goals. Honestly, you don't need more motivation. You don't need a perfect plan. You don't need to "feel ready." 💪 The only thing you need is clarity and daily action. Because you have the ability to absolutely crush in your journey when you: 1) Define what exactly your goal is. 2) And you list down all the habits you need to get there. Combine this with consistency and you’re half way into becoming successful. But most people overcomplicate it. They set vague goals like "I want to grow." 🤷‍♂️ Then wonder why nothing changes. But when you get specific, Suddenly everything starts to work in your favour. So if you’re serious about your journey and you think you have what it takes to become successful… Then here's my challenge to you: What's the ONE habit you'll commit to this week? Not five. Not ten. ONE. ☝️ Pick it. Track it. Execute it. 🚀. Let me know in the comments #GoalSetting #HabitsOverHustle #DylanVanas #ConsistencyIsKey#DailyHabits

Most entrepreneurs aren't failing because they're lazy. They're failing because they're distracted. 🤯 Here's what I see every day: Business owners launching five different offers at once. Trying to be active on ten platforms. Chasing every shiny opportunity that comes their way. And then they wonder why nothing works. 🤷‍♂️ Here's what you need to know: One great offer beats five mediocre ones. One clear message beats ten confused attempts. One focused strategy beats endless scattered tactics. The businesses printing money? They picked ONE thing. They went ALL IN. They stayed there until it worked. That's it. No secret sauce. No hacks. Just ruthless focus. So here's my challenge: Look at everything on your plate. 🍽️ What's the ONE thing that would move the needle most? 📍 Now cut everything else. ✂️ I'm serious. Stop spreading yourself thin. 🛑 Double down on what matters. That's when growth becomes inevitable. What's the ONE thing you need to focus on? 👇 #Focus #EntrepreneurMindset #DylanVanas #ResultsOverHustle #StrategyMatters

Nobody cares how hard you work. They care about the problem you solve. You don't get paid for: 1. How many hours you put in 2. How much you sacrifice 3. How tired you are 4. How "busy" you feel You get paid for: 1. The transformation you create 2. The problem you eliminate 3. The results you deliver 4. The value you provide Stop measuring hours. Start measuring impact. I see this mistake constantly: Entrepreneurs grinding 80-hour weeks... 😓 Wondering why they're still broke. Meanwhile, someone else works 20 hours... And makes 10x more. The difference? One is focused on effort. The other is focused on value. The market doesn't reward exhaustion. It rewards outcomes. So here's the shift: Instead of asking "How can I work harder?" Ask "How can I deliver more value?" That's how you increase your income exponentially. What's ONE way you could increase the value of your offer this week? 👇 #ValueCreation #EntrepreneurMindset #BusinessGrowth #DylanVanas #WorkSmarter

The most dangerous person in the room is usually the one in a t-shirt. I've spent the last five years building, scaling, and exiting companies. Closed deals, managed teams, sat across from some of the most successful people I've ever met. Never once needed a suit to do it. What nobody talks about is that the real flex isn't what you're wearing — it's what you've been building in private. The books you've read at midnight. The problems you solved when nobody was watching. The hard seasons that stripped everything down and forced you to figure out who you actually are. That's what compounds. Cars, clothes, appearances — none of it moves the needle on who you're becoming. And who you're becoming is the only thing that actually matters. Success is built from the inside out. Not the outside in. So before you upgrade the wardrobe, upgrade the mind. #businessmindset #entrepreneurlife #personaldevelopment #businessgrowth #entrepreneurmindset

Here’s what NOT to do when growing your business. The fastest-growing businesses don't win by piling on more offers, more tasks, or more noise. They win by doing fewer things exceptionally well and pricing them accordingly. 💰 Most founders make this mistake: 1) They say yes to every opportunity. 2) They add services they don't love. 3) They dilute their focus chasing volume. And then they wonder why growth feels impossible. 🤷‍♂️ But the businesses printing money? They picked ONE thing. They mastered it. And then charged a premium for it 💸. So you need to: 1) Simplify the business model. 2) Increase the value. 3) And let focus do the heavy lifting. Now, here's my question for you: What's ONE thing you could cut from your business to make it stronger? 👇 #EntrepreneurMindset #FocusOverHustle #DylanVanas #FounderStrategy #LessIsMore

My client is spending $47K/month on ads and asked me what I'd do if I started over with nothing. He expected me to say run Facebook ads. I said the opposite. First: NAIL YOUR OFFER. What do you sell and who do you sell it to. Nothing else matters until that's locked. Then you need one customer acquisition channel. Not five. Not three funnels running at once. One. I'd start with a webinar. Run it every single week, organically, until you can prove it converts. 30 people on a webinar. 3-4 buy your product. That's your signal. Now you can run ads. Because now you're scaling something that actually works. Most people do it backwards. They turn on ads to test something they don't even know converts yet. Figure out what works first. Prove it. Then pour gas on it.

Let me explain... 👇 Every time someone tells me their market is "too saturated," I know exactly what's happening. They're looking for an excuse. The truth? Most markets feel crowded because 90% of people: 1. Don't put in the work 2. Haven't mastered their craft 3. Show up inconsistently 4. Deliver mediocre results Saturation isn't your problem. Your execution is. Look at any "saturated" industry: There's always room for someone who: 1. Actually delivers on promises 2. Shows up consistently 3. Masters their skills 4. Outworks the competition The market rewards quality. And most people aren't willing to become quality. So while everyone's complaining about saturation... The people who actually WORK are cleaning up. Master your skills. Execute consistently. Stand out by being excellent. That's the only "secret." So here's my question: Are you doing what most won't? Or are you making excuses like most do? 🤷‍♂️ #BusinessGrowth #SkillMatters #DylanVanas #MarketingStrategy #ConsistencyIsKey #SaturationMyth

It’s over for marketers. This AI built 2 funnels, 14 emails, 7 days of LinkedIn content, 2 instagram posts, and launched the while campaign on meta ads in 15 mins on my phone while sitting on a plane. Yes I’m gate keeping this. Comment link and I’ll send you the link if you look cool.

Never done an ugly slide. In none of my webinars. Never will. "Omg you're missing out on relatability" Maybe. You're missing out on brand building high ticket webinars that make $30,000 a day. Keep your ugly slides.

first-mover infrastructure advantage is 18+ months ahead of anyone starting late the agencies that survive aren't the ones with the biggest teams.. they're the ones that built the infrastructure early. everyone else is going to be playing catch up on a game that already moved

coaches and consultants pay for the system not the service. in-person content production becomes a real differentiator because AI can't replace that.
