Q4 = new monthly PR, little late appreciation post Obtained 2 more brand direct accounts Automated systems on backend like ordering - fulfillment (own prep center) - A to Z claims - better tracking system for orders - more incentives for employees (bonuses) - also created a new purchasing order software to track purchases better Goal for Q1 (Jan-March) hit 250k in one month. Speaking it into existence here. January is our month to scale.

This week just worked on organizing things and creating better systems - created a purchasing software using Google ai studio for POs - fed ChatGPT business my whole business module - having ChatGPT give my VAs tasks for the week for notion - getting familiar with Morgan a calendar tool which connects to gmail / calendars - now creating a software for tracking shipments via google ai studio so I know exactly where each one is U don’t have to work harder and outsource a team or 5-6 VAs or even overwork one and get mad if they do the wrong thing, you just need the right systems in place to make business run efficiently On pace to hit 150k this month too with Amazon and Walmart together, this is going to be a record breaking month

Told myself I would aim to hit 7.5k per day on all platforms, ended up hitting 10k on one. Next goal is 15k Need to still input some more cost but avg ROI was 45% Let’s run it up for Q4

@OperationAMZ I personally agree with this take, I just get nervous with Amazon shutting your storefront down with a section 3, could mess up cash flow and flip a business upside down - which happened to AMZlit

@eCommerceTeo Biased but the returns on Amazon are insane and your products are diversified in itself, every ASIN is like a different stock almost

Cash flow from ecommerce is like 4k a day I know diversification is key but you get real estate and 4k is the cash flow you’d get in 2 months if it’s a rental Trying to figure out when the right time is to invest in a property but I’m still always caught in the profits of AMZ.

Who wants access to the private prep center I use? Only accepting those who can send in above 1000+ units a month Amazon & Walmart $0.70-$0.95 a unit & $1.50 FBM/SF Dm if interested 🤝

@thedanielkase I’ve seen more and more people talk about the 2% capital one spark or chase cards, I’ll definitely have to look more into them

@eCommerceTeo Capital One Spark is 2% back. There us another Cap 1 with 1.5% back. Please listen to this. Do NOT get any Amex. You'll notice businesses phasing them out. Chase and Cap one are good with high limits.
