Five years ago, I purchased a subscription to a remote fax service. Most of the time it works fine. Several weeks ago, I couldn't sign into either the old or new websites. Finally, I was able to fax via email, but I still can't access old faxes for legal purposes. ANYONE? @Efax

@eFax Reached out multiple times via email multiple times. Requested cancellation before first port attempt. Finally cancelled and charged for a least 2 extra months and porting fees to leave (I brought number I had for at least 20 years). Never coming back to efax.

@eFax Beware of efax. Apparently it is almost impossible to quit without incurring additional charges and still not be cancelled (even though fax number was ported months ago). They charged me again.

@eFax your support is useless. I emailed twice asking to cancel, no one responded, you forced a charge through on a locked card and now you refuse to refund me, even though I haven’t used the service and I need to money back today. I am filing a complaint.

I do know that your company was made aware of some of the problems caused by #TheDivotAuthorization I hope that this did not have a negative effect on your business. I need to send a couple of faxes and don't mind paying. Anyone know a service that doesn't require a subscription? I searched for "send fax no subscription" and top hit is @eFax stating "no subscription required" but every #!% plan is a subscription. Liars.
