Graeme Stapleton & Ronnie Moore @ the Wimbledon Press & Practice day in 1972. This was to be 'Mirac's' final season with the Dons having first ridden for the London club back in 1950.

A little shout out for the lovely Ark Cafe at the front of Marlow Methodist Church. A range of great value breakfasts, lunches and home baked cakes are offered, and it has outdoor seating which is perfect on a day like this. We went for a good old fashioned Ploughmans, which was also perfect for a lunch in the sunshine - simple pleasures, eh? 😊

A lovely open face and black leathers combo for a dose of #UprightAndActive This is Olle Åhnström and he was 95 years old when this was taken, he has sadly passed away now but the internet says he was the world's oldest speedway and ice speedway rider
