Yesterday, the Ridley College Investment Club hosted an Alumni Mixer in Toronto. Twenty-six students travelled from campus to connect with alumni and explore careers in finance and business. Thank you to Duncan McGregor ’84 for generously hosting the group at Clarus Securities before the event, where students gained valuable insights into investment banking. We’re also incredibly grateful to all the alumni who joined us at the Design Exchange and shared their experiences and advice. Our students left the event inspired, informed and excited about the opportunities awaiting them after Ridley. Thank you for helping them take this important step in their professional journey!

Our travellers have returned from another successful Thailand Service Trip!🇹🇭 Students spent two weeks contributing to impactful projects such as environmental conservation, animal rescue and community development. They helped TerraCycle keep Bangkok's canals clean, participated in beach clean-ups in Khao Lak and Phuket, supported sea turtle, elephant and gibbon rehabilitation, and worked with local organizations like Days for Girls to assemble sustainable feminine hygiene kits and Chiang Mai Rescue Kitchen to cook and serve meals to hundreds of villagers. Students also had the opportunity to experience Thailand’s rich culture, exploring markets, temples and beautiful landscapes.
