so so weird that boys are more angry about the slight suggestion of a 6pm curfew than they are about the fact 97% of women have been sexually assaulted

If you see any male friends acting inappropriately towards women, lewd remarks, cat calling, groping them in a club, giving unwanted attention etc- PLEASE call them out on it, don’t let it slide, & remind them that women live in constant fear of being harassed, raped, or worse.

On the anniversary where one woman took her own life after being hounded by the media, this is the headline a paper ran about a woman chased out of the country by the media who announced her pregnancy yesterday, after suffering a miscarriage last year. Let that sink in.

The Torys voting against free school meals for children is exactly why ‘just because my political opinion is different to yours, doesn’t mean we can’t be friends’ is ridiculous. If you’re comfortable voting for a party who can let children starve, you are not a nice person 👍🏽

I pleaded with the Conservatives to find it in their heart to ensure children don't go hungry. Tonight they voted against our proposals for Free School Meals this Christmas.

HE WAS MURDERED BY POLICE FOR WALKING HOME AT NIGHT FOR WEARING A MASK/HOODIE BECAUSE HE WAS ANEMIC & GOT COLD OFTEN. He played the violin for kittens at animal shelters. He meant well. He wasn’t a threat, rather another innocent black man killed by the police. #ElijahMcClain
