NCAA FB Oversight Committee today moved forward legislation to eliminate the 2-year postseason probationary period for transitioning FCS teams, sources tell @YahooSports. DI Cabinet now must adopt the change. If adopted, Sac State and ND State would be bowl eligible in 2026.

@bodipb Out of the transfers I’d say McClure, if only because he has D1 experience. As far as the incoming freshmen go, I’m a little biased because I’ve seen Ty Laur play since before he was in middle school, so I’m excited to see how his game translates to college

NEWS: Southern Illinois transfer Quel’Ron House has committed to Texas State, source told @LeagueRDY. The 6-foot guard out of Louisville, Kentucky played one season at SIU and averaged 15.2PPG, 3.4RPG, 3.3APG and 1.7SPG. Began his career at Jacksonville State. Repped by @SerosPartners.
