This week, we will be spotlighting some of our favorite artists. The first artist is @DialecticDee ! She is a spoken word artist from London who aims to use poetry for more than just entertainment but rather as a tool to positively impact change. #findyourelement

Today we enjoyed exploring our values using various creative techniques with canvas, paint and masking tape! We discussed things, habits and people that are important to us such as family, health and creativity as well as exploring which values and qualities we aspire to have 💪🏾
