Today I had this feeling that I haven't had for a long time being in SHINee world. I arrived to this fandom in late 2017 and I was a very active shawol collecting votes and being up all hours of the day to be able to vote for SHINee as a group and for their solo albums. If you're a fan, you know that exciting feeling when a new album is released, the voting for music shows start + new merch drops. You are genuinely excited to join the craziness! My first Taemin solo was his Japanese release 'Sirius'. It blew me away and I had the time of my life back in 2018. The Story Of Light was also released by SHINee earlier that year and I had a blast 🌸 As the years went by, the joy being engaged like that disappeared. Voting etc can take up so much time and it can be exhausting. I always thought never fans would take care of it, just like I did when I first entered this pearl aqua universe. Also the bickering between fandoms got worse, so I often just didn't feel like being involved in anything anymore. You are here to support your faves, so it's sad how things have turned out. But today... I was not even going to wake up for the Coachella stage, but wait for the replay. I put on the alarm expecting me to just turn it off at first chance, but I didn't and I don't regret it. Today had me feeling like I did back then. Maybe you noticed by the amount of posts that I made or not, but I was so excited and so so proud to see him achieve this probably life long dream of his. I haven't stopped smiling today because of it and I have watched the performances 4 times already and I will watch it again before bed. His new album has me squealing. I love every new song that we got to hear today and I wish we could get it right now, cause I want to listen to it so bad! I'm so fricken excited for this comeback guys!!! Something in me awakened today, and I apologize in advance for all of the posts that will appear in your timeline for this comeback.
