I spent 4-5hrs on this problem. I could've seen the solution in under 2 secs. But, I didn't.
Major problem I faced was different notations of linear regression equations. I had studied through algebra but, the solution to this was written in matric notations which didn't go in my head easily.

इससे एक पुराना किस्सा याद हो आया कॉलेज के समय एक बार ट्रेन में बहुत भीड़ थी हमें मुश्किल से गेट के पास जगह मिली थी कुछ देर बाद एक छोटे से शहर में बने हॉल्ट पर ट्रेन धीमी हुई तो बुजुर्ग महिला सबको हटाती हुई गेट पर आईं हमने रास्ता दे दिया हमें लगा कि शायद वो उतरेंगी लेकिन वो गेट पर खड़ी रहीं...फिर ट्रेन तेज हो गई हमने पूछा उतरना नहीं था क्या❓
