Eid is a time for reflection, connection, and community, and that includes all of us. 🌙✨ Today we stand with queer Muslims who continue to hold space for both their faith and identity, even in places that try to silence them. This season, we celebrate the strength it takes to exist fully, love openly, and build chosen families that feel like home. You belong. You are seen. You are worthy of joy May this Eid bring you peace, safety, and the kind of love that affirms every part of who you are. 🤍 #EidWithPride #QueerMuslims #TheEqualityPathway #InclusiveFaith #ChosenFamily

Progress doesn’t happen quietly. It happens because someone chooses to stand up first. This International Women’s Day, The Equality Pathway Initiative (TEP-I) celebrates the courage, visibility, and resilience of pioneer Nigerian trans women who dared to live their truth in a society that often told them not to. Their journeys have not been easy. They have faced silence, rejection, and barriers that many will never fully understand. Yet, through that struggle, they have created something powerful.... Space. ✊🏽Space for identity. ✊🏽Space for dignity. ✊🏽Space for the next generation of trans women to exist, dream, and thrive a little more freely. Today, we honor the women who came before, the ones speaking up now, and the many more who will rise because the path has been opened. Because every step toward equality matters. And every woman deserves to be seen. Happy International Women’s Day. 💜🏳️‍⚧️ #InternationalWomensDay #TransWomenAreWomen #EquityAndInclusion #TEPI #EqualityPathway

We’re Back It's a new year, a renewed fire, and an even stronger commitment to the queer community. This year, we’re doing more advocacy, more support, more intentional action that puts the community first. Because visibility without protection isn’t enough, and hope without action doesn’t change lives. We’re back. Still rooted in purpose. Still committed to the cause. And just getting started. 🌈✊🏽

Attending the Pan Africa ILGA (PAI) Conference 2025 in Johannesburg was more than a professional milestone, it was a deeply transformative journey. As Ms. Aleeyah Ibrahim (@missleeyah4) Team Lead of The Equality Pathway Initiative (TEPI), I arrived with a clear intention: to strengthen my understanding of community solidarity, safety, and legal gender recognition (LGR), and to carry that knowledge back to the communities we serve in northern Nigeria.
