The Cal Chamber of Commerce is circulating an initiative to substantially change CEQA. Below (and in the linked blog posts) I provide my analysis of the proposal. TLDR: It’s a sweeping change that impacts much more than CEQA, with lots of uncertainty as to how it will work. 1/30
