@SkinnyNStupiid it depends on your maintenance calories but even if ur maintenance calories are less than 2000 u wouldn’t gain any more than like 0.5 lbs of fat

@dicksp0_0 i weigh myself literally maybe 2-3x a month and its actually made wl easier, and its so much less stress i strongly recommend trying weekly 🙏🏻
