Reporters on scene said the stroller was pulled out of Humboldt Bay, but police have not said whether the child has been found.

Authorities have found the stroller a missing 21-month-old boy was last seen in.

Anyone with information should call EPD at 441-4060.

The child was last seen at Halverson Park wearing a brown turtleneck with a camouflage print longsleeve underneath and blue jeans.

Authorities are searching the Eureka waterfront/Old Town area for a 21-month-old that went missing around noon.
