The current L2 architecture is fundamentally bottlenecked when it comes to interoperability. Today’s friction isn't just a hurdle—it’s an inevitable result of a flawed technical foundation. We need to move past these legacy frameworks and look toward new paradigms. Merely obsessing over theoretical exploration is pointless. Whether it is on-chain computation, Zero-Knowledge proofs, or the Storage-based Consensus Paradigm (SCP) championed by Arweave, infrastructure without mass practical application is merely a castle in the air. Users do not care about the underlying consensus mechanisms, the nuances of on-chain versus off-chain storage, or the degree of decentralized "purity." What users truly care about are: 🎯 Accessibility & UX: Is the interaction smooth and free of complex private key management? 🎯 Cost: Is the service affordable? 🎯 Value: Does the product genuinely solve real-world pain points? While technologies like SCP theoretically offer infinite scalability, even the most sophisticated architecture is worthless if it cannot translate into a superior user experience. The tangible results delivered by Mass Adoption at the application layer remain the sole metric for validating the worth of any infrastructure.
