I’ve recently gotten into making grilled cheeses again, but adding different ingredients to make it more fun. So far I’ve done basil, lemon basil, tomato slices, apple slices, garlic salt, and chilli flakes. What should I add next?

@deangloster I am a vaccine reactor specifically to pertussis. I am pregnant and can’t get the vaccine, really wish I could. I’m terrified about policies like this because my vulnerable child may come into contact with these people who could have otherwise protected us.

@milesofleg Unregulated strangles was one of the things that made me leave equine vet practice. I can only refuse to write a health cert so many times. They don’t listen. They go anyway. In a state where it’s not reportable to the state vet there’s nothing we can do.

@PhysicianDoodle Even if my workflow at my specific hospital has me leaving most of my stuff for a tech to clean I ALWAYS get rid of all sharps first. I know what I used, they don’t. (I’m a vet though so I imagine it’s all very different)
