@KamiAnya1 Yay! I got one in September. I use it every day and it's been a life changing experience, especially at work where I have nowhere to sit at all. Now, I have a seat to take everywhere! I also have a Jansport adaptable bag attached to the back bar. I used it on my walker before.

@3llebelle @UPS What?! This is frustrating! How dare they! 😡 I had an issue with them over the past two weeks regarding a package I could not pick up because the location was not accessible for me. That doesn't even compare to what happened to your smart drive. I'm so sorry.

After @UPS trying to charge me over $200 to get my smart drive back to me and now three weeks later I have it back. They broke my drive which is the necessity for my wheelchair and my mobility and now is unusable. The hurt, rage, and upset I feel right now is off the charts.

I have a package I've been waiting for @UPS to redeliver for a week, after I made multiple redelivery requests via agents and online, but everyone questions me when I say I am disabled and cannot access their Access Point. I work during the day. Not very ADA friendly, UPS.

I'm so disappointed, frustrated, all of the negative feelings right now. We're screwed.
