Sam Malone here with the MVP of the Champions Charity Game, @NateSestina23 Nate Sestina was on fire tonight, finishing with 38 points and leading his team to victory. After the game, Nate told @JackPilgrimKSR, “I’ve been putting a lot of time in the gym”.

Last week her mile time was 4:57😳 After this week she will have 20,000 made shots, ran 12 miles and have 10 total hrs of ball-handling for the month. As an 8th grader it amazes me how dedicated she is to her goals. We have a saying “You deserve nothing and earn everything”! I’m proud of you @JhalianaGuy11 Keep grinding baby girl ❤️
