@SwaggyCTV The problem is as a company grows they will always have that one person who wants to take advantage so then companies are forced to start putting stricter policies in place for consistency its great for unlimited PTO but that always attracts people who will abuse it

I'm a CEO and I literally don't understand how major CEO's do this. EVERYBODY on your team should be able to live a good life and not struggle. I had 4 people on my team last yr making $80k-$100k+ w/ bonuses & benefits and guess what.. it didn't hurt the business. It ENHANCED it!

So my doctor has seen some irregularities in my blood work, very high white blood cell count. So she said she was going to send me to a specialist. Today I got a call from "Florida Cancer Specialists" Interesting and a bit disturbing news, lol wtf Stay tuned...
