Sienna’s coach @Swansea_SandC has been incorporating more sport-specific exercises into her sessions. One key focus has been on triple extension exercises. Despite being introduced to some new movements during these two sessions, Sienna performed them incredibly well. We’ll continue working on these routines at home to maximize her exposure to this type of training, and I’m really excited to see how it enhances her athletic performance in the sports she’s involved in. #cerebralpalsy #strengthandconditioning #disability
