@warnerhotels Our daughter bought us the vouchers as a surprise, thinking that they would make life easier for us. Instead she is upset and angry to find how Warners have made it so stressful for us to redeem them. It has greatly tarnished what was meant to be a lovely surprise.

@warnerhotels What does it take to get @warnerhotels to redeem your own gift vouchers against a holiday? We have been trying for two weeks without success. Hanging on unaswered telephones for hours, unanswered emails, and promised return phonecalls not materialising!

Really looking forward to seeing our daughter, son and grandchildren this week. We have genuinely not seen them since the lockdown started, even though we all live within a 3 mile radius, we've all been sticking strictly to the lockdown rules, unlike the majority of people!

It’s certainly been a lot busier around @pontcysyllte and @TrevorBasin today. Cars abandoned anywhere because the car parks are shut. Cars were parked both ends of this road (this at Pontcysyllte). It’s not a through road, but we had to stand in the hedge to let loads past today.
