@existing01011 Gameplay is their abilities, visual effects are their VFX, the effects that appear through out the gameplay. I am talking purely about how their models and animations look like. Not sure what is misunderstood here.

Here is a list of champions that I believe either desperately needs a rework, still holds up or unnecessary for them to get a rework. Note that this isn't gameplay nor even visual effects, it is purely judging their base models, animations and voicelines.
