For those asking, Micheal Hage's camp doesn't feel like the James Hagens ATO impacts their process and it's too premature to have a hard stance of where things are going. They'll reassess with the Canadiens once Hage's NCAA season is done. Things can change quickly in hockey.

This #GoHabsGo lineup is not challenging for a Stanley Cup. We need a couple of upgrades but we need to shed some salary. Next year looks better but adding through free agency in the summer of 2027 will be when the shutters fly open for being competitive
