@jellushly @dearestbinger you didnt ask me but im so special interest in gym so i say weights or cardio for sure if not both. hiit is better for like athletes and people with specific training goals but it can be so hard on the body especially during wl 🫶

guys how much weight do we realistically think i can lose by september? im 177lbs/80.3kgs and im kinda sedentary but my walking pad arrives on saturday and ill get 10k steps every day then. i also lift. its my sr year of hs and i really really cant be a repulsive pig :(
