Michael Proctor's Motion to Conduct Limited Discovery to Third Parties Prior to the Court's Establishment of a Rule 16.1 and Rule 26(f) Conferences was DENIED. (My unprofessional interpretation) Michael Proctor wanted access to his phone dump prior to his deposition on June 8, 2026 to "refresh his memory" about what was in his phone. He wanted to see his videos, texts, call logs, etc. so he would know ahead of time what he was going to be asked about so he could give excuses for it. The NCDAO and the Canton Police Department refused to give him the info so he asked for it from Karen Read and the Karen Read also refused to give him access to it so he went to the judge and asked for it and the judge said NOPE. #MichaelProctor #FKR #MotionDenied #NCDAO #CPD #MSP #RacistPOS Document Credit: @suspiciousauce

Order Re: Motion to Exceed Page Limits and PDJ Inclination for Procedural Schedule for Motion to Dismiss/Motion for Summary Judgment, filed 4/23/26. The PDJ granted Gingras' request to exceed the page limits, but warned that similar requests will not be approved in the future.
