it's so great to see jake value communication so much, not just with his fellow enhypen members, but also with engenes. one thing i also noticed from his communication pattern is the constant checking in to see if you're on the same page, and if not, he always strives to see things from the other person's perspective, which shows great EQ and lots of empathy ☺️🩷

Q. Enhypen is famous for their love for fans. If there’s a reason you keep moving forward for ‘yourselves’ rather than for fans, what is it?
🦮: It’s because I want to share the emotions I feel when I listen to good music. I believe that emotions can be conveyed even if the language is different. When I make songs or stand on stage, the desire to share those feelings with as many people as possible becomes a big driving force for me. I want to be a singer who can deliver emotions.
Q. On the other hand, is there anything that never changes no matter how much time passes?
🦮: In the end, it’s communication. As we spend a long time together, there are moments when we talk less, but that’s exactly when I make an effort to create time to talk. I think missing those moments is even more dangerous.

i keep thinking about how jongseong manages to define so many emotions through simple things and i find that incredibly alluring. the way he perceives us, different things, something else is his ability to leave things open for interpretation instead of giving it a single meaning

JAY 🫳🏻🫳🏻🫳🏻 💬: jay now that you’re 24, what do you think is the most important thing in life? 🐈⬛: the members joke that i’m already “halfway to fifty” but anyway… 🐈⬛: it’s family 🐈⬛: in the end, everything comes down to family 🐈⬛: my mom, dad, grandparents family is the most important 🐈⬛: next are our members and engenes 🐈⬛: and lastly, my career 🐈⬛: aside from these three priorities, everything else is honestly just secondary in my life 🐈⬛: i divide life into three things “what’s necessary” “what’s nice to have” and “what you just have to accept” 🐈⬛: most negative things fall into the “things you just have to accept” category 🐈⬛: i don’t think anything is truly unnecessary, because in the end, everything becomes an experience 🐈⬛: how many years can a person really live anyway… even if you lived a life full of only good things wouldn’t you end up feeling like something’s missing at the end, like you didn’t experience anything difficult? 🐈⬛: compared to this vast universe, our lives are just like dust, so even if it’s short i think i’d rather live a life that’s full and diverse 🐈⬛: oh right i forgot i was a vampire 🐈⬛: humans, fighting… 🐈⬛: i almost lost my sense of self for a second
