I’ll respond to the consultation on the new framework but OfSTED still hammers schools in challenged communities. Our most “outstanding” colleagues break their backs here but their contribution isn’t recognised. No wonder it’s hard to recruit and retain staff 🤔

I'm coaching a primary school in a deprived area who are keen to set up a buddy / peer mentoring programme to support their more vulnerable learners. They are keen for recommendations of programmes that people have implemented with similar cohorts - any recommendations?
