Es un paso más en el proceso de transformación del sector aerocomercial, que ya incluyó importantes medidas como la desregulación del mercado aerocomercial y las iniciativas que permiten incorporar nuevos prestadores de servicios de asistencia en tierra en aeropuertos del país, para generar mayor competencia, eficiencia y mejora en la calidad de los servicios. La venta se realizará bajo la modalidad de empresa en marcha e incluirá la transferencia integral de la compañía; la salida total del Estado Nacional de la participación societaria; y la continuidad de la empresa como unidad operativa, manteniendo sus contratos, licencias y funcionamiento en los distintos aeropuertos donde presta servicio. Con esta privatización reafirmamos que el Estado debe concentrarse en garantizar reglas de juego claras, promover la libertad económica y generar condiciones para la inversión privada 🇦🇷🇦🇷🇦🇷
