The sweetest 2 words to type! I’ve spent this weekend away from home to finish this book and I’m so pleased I’m finally there - it’s taken a long time and it’s been the hardest book to write and finish (maybe because it’s a sequel?) but it’s done! 🙌 Now the dreaded edits! 😭

So recently I started Back Flip lessons. Yup, I’m 45 & I started lessons to learn how to back flip. I have never been able to do a back flip so this feels like quite a long shot. I’m not gonna lie it is properly HARD trying to improve my strength & flexibility. But . . 1/2

It’s a bit like being a kid again - like when you’d do handstands and it made u nervous and scared but it was FUN. I can’t describe it as being anything other than like going back to childhood. So what I’m saying is, if you wanna feel young again - take back flip lessons. 🤣
