According to him, the officers were on parade when they suddenly heard cries for help. On getting to the scene, they discovered a woman in active labour, with the baby’s head already out. With quick intervention, the baby was safely delivered, and both mother and child were immediately rushed to the hospital. After receiving care and stabilizing, the woman was interviewed, and it was then revealed that she is m£ntally unstable. It was also discovered that someone had taken advantage of her, and she had been wandering the streets before the incident occurred.
