I got my old ass glider working again which reminds me that newer bikes are far easier to pedal. Also, there’s a license plate from 1979 when you had to register your bike with the town of Orangeville

This is the only postcard I sent to my parents when I went to England for the summer at 16! Learnt to surf, had tons of fish and chips, and also got to see where my papa grew up. The nostalgia is real right now!

So, this is what the back of Coffee&Scoops looks like currently. We had a ton of smoke damage and back wall might need to be taken down. The good news is everyone(including pets) were safe but there will be tons of work to be done before residents/businesses get back in.

I’m the guy that shows up at 4:30-5am to open the cafe and doesn’t see people til 7-8ish and end up talking too much to the point of annoyance :)
