I Almost Quit Trading 4 years ago I had $15,000 in a personal account I risked $5000 on 1 trade & we all know what happened after that.. By the end of the day I had just $2,000 left in the account My trading was so stressful at the time because I had no plan. No one to hold accountable, No mentor. Nothing. That wasn’t even the worst part.. My wife came home that day & saw I was stressed out I told her what happened and she couldn’t believe it I felt like a complete failure not only has a trader but as a husband, My wife was pregnant at the time Thoughts were running through my head “am I going to have to go back to my old job” “what will people think?” But I made a choice to lock in and start holding myself accountable Did I still lose money? Yes, but I was taking something from my losses and trying to get 1% better on each trade All of that led me here & it took me way longer than it should’ve because I couldn’t get out of my own way & I had no one to help me.
